Gravity flow filling

Mechanical filling-screw conveyor:
It has the characteristics of low cost and low investment. It can be made into a closed system and is suitable for loading powder. In order to fill the container, the container needs to be moved during the loading process.
Mechanical filling-throwing machine:
Working principle: The loader uses a throwing belt, which is mounted on two rollers and can run at high speed. The material falls on the belt below, accelerates at a position of 90 degrees, and is thrown into the container from the feeder. The throwing process will not damage the structure of the ring material, so it is an ideal charging system for pellets and balls;

Throwing machine installation conditions:
There must be a sufficient gap between the silo lower material inlet and the CLS material inlet to ensure that the material inlet speed is large enough to ensure that the material can be conveyed normally
Different materials and different conveying distances require different vertical drop, usually within 1-3m.
Pneumatic conveying filling:
It can be used to transport all kinds of powder and granular materials. It has the characteristics of long loading distance and high energy consumption. For different materials, special design or adjustment of the control system is required. In addition to the bulk materials that do not generate dust, dust removal devices must be equipped. The loading time is usually 30-50 tons/hour, and a 20-standard container can be filled in 30-60 minutes.
